Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping times and rates?

Delivery times below apply to ready-to-ship pieces from our existing stock. If your item needs to be made to order, please allow an additional 3–5 days for production. Customization adds 1–2 days.

Orders are shipped via postal services or CDEK, depending on your destination.

  • Kazakhstan — 2–7 business days
  • Russia — 3–12 business days
  • CIS countries — 2–8 business days
  • United States — 4–6 business days (shipped from our local US warehouse)
  • Other international destinations — 10–14 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier and customs processing.

Shipping cost is calculated individually for each order based on your location and the weight of the parcel.

Express air shipping is available upon request. To arrange it, please contact us at help@my-side.com or on Instagram @s.side.e — our team will be happy to assist.

What happens if my package is returned or undelivered?

If a package is returned to SIDE due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unreachable recipient, refusal to accept the delivery, or if the parcel is left unclaimed, the customer is responsible for all related shipping costs.

This includes the original shipping fee, the return shipping fee charged to send the parcel back to SIDE, and the cost of re-shipping the order if the customer would like us to send it again.

To help avoid this, we kindly ask you to double-check your delivery details before placing your order and to stay in touch with the courier once your parcel is on the way.

If your order has been returned to us, please contact us at help@my-side.com or on Instagram @s.side.e. We'll be happy to assist you with arranging a new shipment.

What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

Once your order has been handed over to the postal service or courier, it is considered to be in the care of the carrier. SIDE is not directly responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit.

However, your experience remains important to us. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at help@my-side.com or on Instagram @s.side.e within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include the following details:

  • your order number
  • tracking information
  • photos of the damaged item and packaging, if applicable

We will review the case and work with you and the carrier to help find the best possible solution.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process and prepare your order as quickly as possible. Changes and cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped.

If you need to update your shipping address, change a size or color, or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@my-side.com or on Instagram @s.side.e. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been shipped, the address and contents can no longer be modified.

Please note: orders that have already entered production or customization may not be eligible for cancellation, as work on your piece has already begun.

Do I need to pay duties or import taxes?

Orders shipped within the United States and Kazakhstan are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. US orders are dispatched from our local US warehouse, and Kazakhstan orders are shipped domestically.

For all other international destinations, SIDE is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination.

If you have questions about possible duties for your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Exchanges & Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to feel completely at ease with your SIDE pieces. If for any reason your order isn't quite right, exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days from the date of delivery, under the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use, damage, or stains
  • Pieces must be returned in their original condition and packaging

Non-returnable items

Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized pieces, including items adjusted to the customer's height or modified to specific measurements
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount

Each customized piece is made specifically for you, which is why we are unable to accept returns on these orders.

Return shipping

If the return is not due to a fault on our side (such as a defect or an incorrect order), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original card used for the purchase.

Product Care

How should I care for my SIDE pieces?

Each SIDE piece is created to last — and a little care goes a long way.

Detailed care instructions are included on the label of every garment, tailored to its specific fabric and construction. Please follow the guidance on the tag to keep your piece looking and feeling its best.

As a general rule, we recommend washing gently, drying flat in the shade, and storing your pieces with care. Please avoid harsh chemicals and bleach, as they may damage the fabric and affect its appearance.

Sizing

How do I find the right size?

A detailed size guide is available on every product page to help you choose the perfect fit.

For the best result, we kindly ask you to measure yourself based on your current body parameters, rather than relying on the size you usually wear. Body measurements can vary between brands and even between collections, and accurate measurements are the surest way to find a piece that sits beautifully on you.

What if I'm between sizes?

If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed and comfortable fit.

If you prefer a more fitted, body-hugging silhouette, choosing the smaller size is also an option — though please keep in mind that this will result in a closer fit.

When in doubt, feel free to contact us — we'll help you decide based on the specific piece you're interested in.

Do you offer custom sizing?

We offer custom adjustments by height for selected pieces in our collection. This allows us to tailor the length to suit you perfectly.

Please note that some styles have a maximum custom height of 175 cm, depending on the fabric and construction. The availability of custom sizing is indicated on each product page, or you can contact us to confirm.

Custom-made pieces require an additional 1–2 days for production. Please also note that customized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

⚠ Important — orders to the United States. Orders shipped to the United States are not eligible for custom sizing. All US orders are dispatched in the standard length of 175 cm.

Swimwear

What's included in a SIDE swim set?

Each SIDE swim set includes:

  • A tunic
  • Trousers
  • A headpiece
  • An additional layering piece, depending on the set: a skirt, a cape, or a dress

What is the swimwear made of?

Our swimwear is crafted from a premium stretch mesh — soft, gentle on the skin, and designed to feel weightless in the water.

The fabric does not become heavy or lose its shape when wet, and is composed of polyester and elastane.

Is the swimwear see-through?

No. Our swim pieces are constructed with a three-layer mesh technique, with a fine, dense weave that prevents transparency. The fabric also doesn't cling to the body when wet, keeping you covered and comfortable.

How quickly does the swimwear dry?

Very quickly. The three-layer mesh construction allows air to circulate freely through the fabric, helping it dry within a short time after swimming — even in humid climates.

Can I tan in your swimwear?

Yes. The breathable mesh fabric allows for a soft, natural tan while still keeping you covered.

How does the fabric handle chlorine, salt, and sun?

Our mesh is among the most resistant fabrics to chlorine, saltwater, and sun exposure — designed to maintain its color, shape, and integrity through season after season of use.

Clothing & Restocks

What fabrics are used in your clothing?

Our clothing pieces are crafted from natural, high-quality fabrics — chosen for their softness, breathability, and the way they fall on the body. Some styles use delicate materials that require extra care.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

Some of our designs are made in limited quantities and may not return once sold out. Other pieces — especially those most loved by our community — will be restocked in upcoming drops.
